Return Policy

At Nobiin, we want you to feel happy and confident with every order. Whether there’s an issue with your item or you simply change your mind, we are here to make the return or exchange process as smooth as possible.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. After this period, we unfortunately cannot accept returns.

Returns for Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we take full responsibility. In these cases:

• Please contact us immediately with photos or other evidence of the issue.
• We will review your case and respond within 2 business days.
• If approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and cover all shipping costs.

Once we receive your item, we will process your refund or exchange as requested. 

Returns for Non-Defective Items

If you simply change your mind and the item is not defective:

• Returns are accepted, but a 5% restocking fee will apply, calculated on the total product value.
• You will be provided with a prepaid return label for convenience.
• Items must be returned in original condition.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for eligible items, but:

• Each item may be exchanged only once.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
• Once we receive your returned item, we will ship the replacement item promptly.
  

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact us within 8 hours of placing the order. Cancellations within this window will receive a full refund.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

2. Provide your order number, the reason for return, and photos.
3. Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with next steps and a return label if applicable.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
