Shipping Areas

We currently ship only within the continental United States. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO Boxes or islands outside the mainland. This allows us to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time.

Handling Time

All of our products are ready in stock, so we can ship them out quickly. Once your order is placed, it will be processed and prepared for shipment within 1-2 business days.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays. Our cut-off time for same-day processing is 5:00 PM (local time). Orders placed after this time will begin processing the next business day.

We understand that waiting for an order can be stressful, so we do our best to minimize delays and ensure your items are carefully handled.

Transit Time

After your order leaves our store, standard shipping usually takes 6-8 business days to arrive. Please note that transit times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays or severe weather.

Total Delivery Time

To give you a better idea, total delivery time combines our handling and transit times. For most orders, you can expect your items to arrive within 7-10 business days from the moment your order is placed. We hope this makes it easy to plan when your new favorite pieces will arrive.

Shipping Costs

A flat shipping fee of $5.99 applies to all orders. This helps us cover careful packaging and reliable delivery services while keeping costs straightforward and predictable.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We package each item with care, but if your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order or a suitable replacement. Your satisfaction is important to us.

Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees. This ensures we can continue to offer reliable service to everyone.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. This allows you to follow your package every step of the way, from our store to your doorstep.
