Shipping Time & Cost – 2–4 business days shipping; total delivery time: 3–5 business days. Flat rate: $6.99.

Shipping Method – UPS or FedEx Ground (unless otherwise chosen).

Delivery Area – Ships only within the 48 contiguous US states. Not available for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, international, or APO/FPO addresses.

Delays – Times may be affected by weather, disasters, holidays, or other unforeseen issues. Not responsible for incorrect/incomplete addresses.

Tracking – Tracking number sent by email after shipment.

30-Day Returns – Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags, packaging, and proof of purchase.

Return Process – Email support@nobiin.com with your name, order number, proof of purchase, reason for return, and photos/videos of any defect.

Exchanges – Only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items; no return shipping cost for these cases.

Refunds – Issued to the original payment method within 7 days after inspection; bank processing may take longer.

Order Cancellations – Cancel within 12 hours for a full refund; after that, cancellation may not be possible if your order has already been processed and ready to be shipped. Refunds processed within 7 days after approval.
